By using our website or purchasing from Montauk Candle Co.™, you agree to the following:

1. Purchases & Payments – All prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change. Orders must be paid in full before shipping.
2. Shipping & Returns – Shipping times are estimates only. No refund on candles unless damaged via shipping.  Customer must email us photo of damaged candle to be awarded refund. 
3. Product Safety – Always follow candle safety instructions. Burn within sight, keep away from flammable items, children, and pets. Misuse is at customer’s own risk.
4. Liability – Montauk Candle Co.™ is not responsible for damages, losses, or injuries arising from product use or website access.
5. Intellectual Property – All content, logos, and designs are the property of Montauk Candle Co.™ and may not be copied without permission.
6. Governing Law – These Terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey.
