Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy

Montauk Candle Company has established a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) of $45.00 per candle.
This policy helps maintain the value of our brand and ensures fair competition among all authorized resellers.

• Resellers are free to set their own actual selling price, but publicly advertised prices (including websites, online marketplaces, social media, ads, and coupons) must not be below $45 per candle.
• Advertising that results in a net public price below MAP (e.g., automatic discounts, coupon codes, “add to cart for price”) violates this policy.
• Montauk Candle Company may, at its discretion, suspend or terminate supply to any reseller who does not follow the MAP policy.
