All sales are final, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

If your candle arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund once verified.

Shipping Policy

Please allow 6-8 business days to complete order.  Each Candle is hand made to order.  For other items in our home essentials line, please allow 4-5 days.
